Excellent customer service and very thorough when explaining everything. James Parsons2025-08-11Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absotemp, and particularly Jeff, did me right. What I thought was a blower motor bearing for my A/C turned out to be a vibrating panel under the blower. Jeff promptly fixed me up at just the cost of a diagnostic trip. Will be using Absotemp for any future needs. Patricia2025-08-10Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used Abso Temp for years. They are always on time and do a wonderful job. My husband has heart trouble, and years ago it was 104 outside. I was up north taking care of my Mother and when I called my husband to see how he was, he said he was having trouble breathing, because the air conditioning was not working. I called Abso Temp. The owner, Matt, said he was swamped, but would come and check it. It was about 9:30 pm, but he came and fixed it. Where can you get better service? Matt and his service people are all such nice people and are always careful about keeping your house clean, while they are here. I would tell anyone they could not find a better heating and cooling company Michael Farley II2025-07-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt is amazing from both a technical and customer service aspect. Prices are fair, especially considering the high level of quality they provide. Thank you to the Absotemp team!! jimmy Zee2025-06-24Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very pleased the prompt service and the quality of the work. Highly recommend. Jeff Warzecha2025-05-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When my furnace went out in December, I received Absotemp's contact information from a friend. I contacted Matt at Absotemp, and he arrived at my house the next day. Matt explained the process and provided a quote immediately. Absotemp began the installation promptly after the quote was accepted. The installation crew worked carefully to complete the job with high quality, keeping everything neat and clean, and minimizing the disruption to my family. In spring, I encountered a minor issue with my air conditioner, which Absotemp promptly addressed and resolved. The experience with Absotemp was awesome and I would highly recommend them! A heat pump operates using a refrigeration cycle similar to that of an air conditioner but with the added capability of reversing the cycle for heating purposes. Here’s a brief overview of how it works:
One of the key benefits of a heat pump is that it can prolong the life of your furnace. By handling the heating or cooling of your home during moderate temperatures, a heat pump reduces the workload on your furnace. This means your furnace will only need to run during more extreme temperatures, typically below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, thereby extending its lifespan and reducing the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
Heat pumps not only regulate temperature but also improve indoor air quality. They often come with advanced filtration systems that remove dust, allergens, and other pollutants from the air. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with allergies or respiratory conditions.

A heat pump is a dual-purpose system that can both heat and cool your home. It works by transferring heat: in the winter, it extracts heat from outside and moves it indoors, and in the summer, it removes heat from inside and releases it outdoors.
Heat pumps transfer heat rather than generating it, which uses less electricity than traditional heating systems. Modern heat pumps have high SEER and HSPF ratings, ensuring efficient performance and lower energy bills.
Yes. By handling heating during moderate temperatures, a heat pump reduces the workload on your furnace. This means your furnace operates less frequently, reducing wear and tear and extending its lifespan.
Regular maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and filter replacements, is essential. Routine upkeep ensures your heat pump runs efficiently, prevents potential issues, and prolongs the system’s overall lifespan.
Important factors include the size of your home, your climate, and your specific heating and cooling needs. Proper sizing and professional installation are crucial to maximize comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

Hot water is not something we give much thought to on a daily basis. We know when we turn on the shower, hot water will come out and steam will be filling our bathroom shortly! Until the day it doesn’t! A conventional storage tank water heater will last only about 10 to 15 years. You do not want the cold water of a morning shower to be your wake up call! Once you decide to replace your water heater, you don’t have to think about it again for several years down the road.
With the ability to vent horizontally or vertically using 3″ or 4″ PVC, ABS or CPVC pipe, you can vent this hot water heater through the wall or through the roof. The Bradford White TTW models are power vented for positive exhaust.
The Bradford White Defender Safety System is designed to be the safest, most reliable flammable vapor ignition resistant system in the industry meeting all the requirements set forth by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The Defender Safety System features ScreenLok Technology flame arrestor. The louvered flame arrestor design increases the speed of incoming combustion air and creates a vector effect inside the combustion chamber when flammable vapors are ignited, preventing flames from traveling back through the flame arrestor and outside the water heater. Other features include Resettable thermal switch, virtually maintenance free.
ICON Control System is included on all Bradford White Residential and Light Duty Commercial Water Heaters. Features of the ICON System include:
Hydrojet® Total Performance System: The Hydrojet® Total Performance System is a cold-water inlet tube that was especially engineered to reduce costly sediment buildup and create more thorough mixing of incoming water with stored water. Because of more efficient mixing, extreme temperature differences throughout the tank are greatly reduced. Water Heaters with the Hydrojet Total Performance System don’t have to work as hard or as often to maintain a maximum supply of hot water at the desired temperature. They heat water faster and use less energy to do it. And, it’s standard equipment on all Bradford White top connect residential water heaters.
Vitraglas® The World’s Best Enamel Tank Lining: Bradford White water heater tanks are protected from the corrosive effects of hot water by an exclusive enamel lining. The exclusive Vitraglas enamel lining is uniquely formulated and applied to the interior of the water heater tank.
Our test results prove that Vitraglas provides unsurpassed protection against failure when compared to other water heater linings.
The Bradford White RG2PV75H6N is in compliance with the new Uniform Energy Factor requirements for water heater manufacturers set forth by the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act (NAECA).
